XachTayMart is an online marketplace connecting independent sellers located in the United States with buyers located in Vietnam. By using the Services, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Information you provide

• Account information: name, email address, password, and profile details.
• Order information: shipping address, phone number, delivery preferences, and order history.
• Seller information: shop details, payout settings, bank or Stripe Connect details, and delivery options.
• Content you upload: product photos, receipt images, bank QR codes, custom-order requests, and support messages.
• Communications: messages you send to us or through the Services, including support tickets.

Information collected automatically

• Device and usage data: device type, operating system, app version, pages viewed, and interactions.
• Push notification tokens (via OneSignal) used to deliver order and account notifications.
• Approximate location signals derived from your IP address or device settings, used for marketplace features such as seller location and delivery options.

Information from third parties

• Payment processors (Stripe): payment status and transaction confirmations. XachTayMart does not store complete payment card information; payment information is processed by Stripe in accordance with its own terms and privacy practices.
• Product data providers: catalog information used to pre-fill listings.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Marketplace, including processing orders, deposits, and payouts.
• Create and manage your account and verify your identity where required.
• Connect buyers and sellers and facilitate delivery, in-person meetups, and pre-orders.
• Send transactional communications such as order confirmations, status updates, quote notifications, and security alerts.
• Send marketing communications where permitted by law (you may opt out at any time).
• Detect fraud, improve security, comply with legal obligations, and enforce our Terms.
• Improve and personalize our Services, including through AI-assisted features such as product identification and translation.

Certain features use artificial intelligence, including product identification from photos, product information extraction from links, translation of product details, and receipt price redaction. Images and text you submit to these features are processed by our AI service providers solely to provide the requested functionality.

AI-generated content may be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated listing content, prices, and translations before publishing or relying on them.

We may share your information with:

• Other users: sellers receive the buyer information needed to fulfill orders; buyers see seller shop information and, where applicable, meetup details.
• Payment processors: Stripe processes payments and seller payouts.
• Service providers: cloud hosting and database providers, push notification providers (OneSignal), email delivery providers, analytics providers, and AI service providers.
• Law enforcement or regulators: where required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and property.
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

We do not sell your personal information.

Receipts and documents uploaded by sellers are stored in private storage and are accessible only to the uploading seller and authorized platform administrators. Where receipt redaction is enabled, visible prices may be masked before images are shown to buyers.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences such as language, and understand how the Services are used. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but some features may not function without them.

XachTayMart operates between the United States and Vietnam. Your information may be processed and stored in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate. By using the Services, you consent to these transfers, which we protect using commercially reasonable safeguards.

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Order, payment, and payout records may be retained as required by applicable law even after account closure.

We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect user information, including access controls, row-level security on our database, and private storage for sensitive uploads. No website, mobile application, network, or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for promptly notifying us of any suspected unauthorized access.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access, correct, or update your personal information through your profile settings.
• Request deletion of your account and personal information, subject to legal retention requirements.
